Apparently we copy fashion trends set by the likes of Kate Moss and David Beckham because their style is ever-changing. Well… duh! Talk about stating the bleeding obvious. According to new research, the masses (i.e. us) are quick to imitate these people to satisfy our desire for change. By constantly reinventing their image, stars like Madonna become “innovators” of fashion. “Innovators are the cool ones who pump new fashions into our world,” said Dr Alex Bentley of Durham University. Well, I for one, am gob-smacked!
